1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp we may collect your name, phone number, email address and a description of your project or enquiry. We use them only to:

We do not build profiles, make automated decisions or send marketing communications without your consent.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), taking steps prior to or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, for example tax or installation registration requirements (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data linked to a contract are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods (generally 5 years for civil matters and 4 for tax matters; technical documentation for installations may require longer periods).

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law (for example, processing registrations or grants with the regional government, the electricity distributor or inspection bodies, when you request it). The providers supporting the website and email (hosting and email service) act as data processors within the European Economic Area or with adequate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@sol-elec.com or by post to the address above, enclosing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the contact mailbox and deletion of enquiries once their purpose has been fulfilled.

8. Third-party services

The website shows a Google Maps map only if you click “Show Google map”; at that point your browser connects to Google, which may process data in accordance with its privacy policy. The WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp app or website (Meta), which is subject to its own terms.
